START A NEW YEAR GRATITUDE PRACTICE IN 2017
Check out some ways to get started...
"It is quite rare for me to completely let go and be vulnerable. This year I've been learning about the importance of being your raw self, even when it's dark and messy and chaotic."
What does the winter season make you notice in your life right now? Are there any themes? Do any words of gratitude arise for you from this drawing of the lilac branch?
“I just walked out and took a close look at my winter garden. This dogwood tree looks very calm, peaceful and beautiful. although nothing's on it, no leaves, no flowers, it looks alive too in a different way. I am now in a different stage of my life at the begining of my retirement. I can still be strong and live a beautiful life without the fancy job.” - Anne
